As the Head of Small Group Care (SGC), you will lead the Tier 2 Service consisting of a team of Social Workers, a psychologist and care staffs to provide appropriate level of care for Children and Young Persons with higher needs and who require a small group care for a limited period of 12 to 18 months. The objective is to provide Trauma-informed care in a safe environment to support CYPs recovery from their past traumatic experiences and promote overall well-being. Your duties are (not limited to the following) include: Provide strategic leadership to build and sustain the SGC’s capability to deliver high-quality care that meets the needs of children with higher levels of support requirements. Provide leadership for the day-to-day operations of SGC, ensuring the safety, well-being, and care of all clients are consistently upheld. Set and review targets and objectives of the SGC on a regular basis. Develop and review standard operating procedures (SOP) in compliance
