As HVAC Building/Automation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe and efficient environment at the College.
Perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance work orders on buildings, plumbing systems, chillers, boilers, control systems, and associated equipment.

Base: $51,000.00 - $54,000.00 annually ($24.52 - $25.96 per hour); Benefits: Comprehensive State of Florida benefits, retirement, generous leave policy, tuition waivers/reimbursement, free access to events
