Job Summary
The Head of Regulatory Legal is responsible for developing and leading the global legal strategy supporting Global Quality, Research & Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Plasma Derived Therapies across the enterprise.
This role provides high-level legal counsel on regulatory matters including FDA and EMA compliance, manufacturing, supply chain, and the product development lifecycle from research through clinical trials.

Salary
Base: $320,000.00 - $440,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, and sick time

Key Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active law license
15+ years post-qualification legal experience
Significant in-house pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience
Proven track record managing attorneys at all levels
