About Company: Our client is a Singapore based accounting firm supporting Japanese companies expanding their business overseas especially in Asia. They provide a wide range of specialist services related to accounting, finance and taxation leveraging on the accountants' qualifications in Japan and Singapore. They also provide consulting services for business expansion from business start-up support accompanying the above expert service. Job Description: - Process end-to-end monthly payroll for clients (including preparation of pay slips and payroll summary for reporting) - Prepare and submit CPF and other statutory contributions - Maintain and update clients' payroll information in HR system (including leave balances such as leave, sick leave, maternity leave etc.) - Prepare and submit year-end tax filings, Forms IR8A and IR21, government claims - Monthly processing of supplier invoices and preparation of payment summary - Work closely with accounting team to answer clients’ inquires - Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements: - No prior experience required; training will be provided - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Able to work under pressure. - Strong understanding of Singapore Employment Act, CPF & Income Tax legislation - Proficiency in MS Office applications - Experience in MOM regulations (EPOL application, Visa Application) is preferred Compensation: - Work location: CBD, Singapore - Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm - Monthly mobile allowance $100 - Transport allowance reimbursement - Performance bonus - Annual leave starting with 14 days - Medical and insurance benefits
