Mon–Fri: 9:00am – 6:00pm Location: Changi North Permanent: VB + 15 AL Job Purpose Lead and grow strategic global/regional accounts across freight forwarding and contract logistics by driving retention, share-of-wallet growth, and multi-country solution coordination. Key Responsibilities Own global key accounts as the main contact; drive governance, communication, and performance management. Develop and execute global account plans focused on growth, innovation, and retention. Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities across air/ocean freight, warehousing, and value-added services. Lead QBRs/account reviews and strategic alignment with customers and internal stakeholders. Build multi-level customer relationships; manage escalations and service recovery. Drive profitability via pricing governance, cost control, and yield optimization; manage budgets/forecasts/pipeline (Salesforce). Coordinate with regional/country operations on implementations, SOPs, SLAs/KPIs, and smooth handovers. Monitor/report account performance and ensure compliance with company policies, DOA, and contractual obligations, champion continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives. Job Requirements Degree in Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. 10–12 years’ experience in the freight forwarding industry, including at least 3–5 years in global accounts management. Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in growing key accounts and managing industry verticals.
