Role Summary The Secretary to the Principal provides confidential administrative, clerical and organizational support to ensure the efficient operation of the Principal’s Office. The role serves as the primary communication link between the Principal and internal or external stakeholders by upholding Christian values, professionalism and excellence. Key to this role is supporting the Principal as the chief executive and spiritual leader in his strategic, academic and operational leadership mandates. Key Functional Responsibilities Executive Office Management · Manage the Principal’s schedule, appointments, travel arrangements and contact lists to support his leadership in local, regional and global networks. · Maintain accurate and confidential filing systems in both digital and physical formats to ensure operational integrity and provision of meeting supplies and logistics including the preparation and editing of bilingual correspondence and reports, presentations and internal communications for the Principal. · Gatekeep and manage first line of external or media contacts when situations arise. Governance Support · Serve as recording secretary for key meetings such as the Board Meeting, EC Meeting, etc to ensure effective governance reporting to the Board of Directors. · Draft letters, memoranda and official documents for the Principal’s approval regarding College matters and announcements. · Support the preparation of ministry, governance and accreditation documentation to ensure compliance in a timely manner. Stakeholder Engagement · Act as the first point of contact for the Principal’s Office by handling calls, visitors, correspondence and media with discretion. · Liaise efficiently and professionally with the various stakeholders including Board members, faculty, students, alumni, donors and ministry partners, keeping contact lists up to date. · Ensure timely dissemination of key information and follow up on decisions, contracts or actions resulting from the Pr
