Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities To be an in-charge of new erection project in Singapore (workers’ dormitory/Industrial building) with the scopes from design development to project management To oversee designs for planning and building approvals, and ensure compliance with local regulations, guidelines, building codes and specific standards To execute construction management including site progress, coordinate/ liaise with client, consultants, authorities and all stakeholders Requirements Must possess a Degree in Architecture (preferably recognised by BOA, Sinagpore) Min 8 years of construction project management experience in local projects Well versed in local Authority’s regulations/ guidelines for submissions Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team as well as individually PLEASE APPLY THROUGH THIS PORTAL ONLY.
