The Part-Time Specialist may also be converted to a Full-Time role after assessment by the relevant reporting officer which proves his/her aptitude, suitability and adaptability in the current role. Job Responsibilities Daily Startup & Shutdown of Facilities, Exhibits, Attractions & Projection Systems. Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, exhibition and gallery equipment, HVAC, and mechanical repairs to ensure the proper functioning of facilities and equipment. Building Systems: Monitor and maintain building systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), fire protection, and security systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with external contractors, vendors and service providers for specialized repairs, installations, or renovations as needed. Supervise and inspect the works of contractors and the works of the 2 service providers (cleaning, housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, car pa
