Base: $225,000 - $298,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Highly competitive equity grants included; Benefits: Top-tier benefits package available at little to no cost

Key Requirements
10+ years progressive leadership in hardware manufacturing
Proven track record scaling production to thousands of units per year
Direct hands-on leadership across supply chain and quality functions
Eligibility to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain preferred
