This position involves preparing surfaces, mixing paints, applying coats, and ensuring a clean and professional finish on all jobs. Key Responsibilities:Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming. Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers. Mix and match paint colors for proper texture and shade. Fill cracks, holes, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers. Protect adjacent surfaces with drop cloths and masking tape. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety and environmental regulations. Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members. Requirements:Proven experience as a painter (minimum 2 years preferred). Familiarity with painting tools and techniques. Knowledge of various surface materials and coatings. Ability to work at heights and on scaffolding/ladders. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
