Job Responsibilities:Lead and supervise the surveying team in carrying out field surveying works for building and infrastructure projects. Plan, coordinate, and execute surveying activities, including setting out, as-built surveys, and preparation of survey reports. Perform site setting out works to ensure construction is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications. Verify the accuracy and reliability of surveyed data and measurements. Process, analyze, and manage survey data using relevant surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D). Liaise with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure survey requirements are met. Maintain and manage survey instruments, ensuring proper calibration, functionality, and documentation. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and issue internal memoranda, survey reports, and documentation. Carry out any other duties as assigned by management. Job Requirements:Degree or Diploma in Land Surveying or a related Civil Engineering discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in building and infrastructure construction projects. Strong knowledge of surveying methods, setting out works, and construction practices. Proficiency in surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and use of modern survey instruments (e.g., total station, GPS). Familiar with local authority requirements and industry standards in Singapore. Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment and manage multiple priorities. Able to start work immediately or within short notice. Working LocationInitially based at the West office. Will be deployed to the Bayfront site office upon project commencement.
