Key Responsibilities • Hardware/Software Installation: Set up, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and software applications. • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware/software faults, often handling IT helpdesk tickets. • Network Maintenance: Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity. • System Upgrades & Security: Install security patches, software updates, and antivirus software to protect data. • Technical Support: Provide on-site or remote assistance to users, resolving technical issues. • Inventory & Documentation: Maintain records of repairs, service activities, and hardware inventory.
