Job Responsibilities: Handling customers virtually either via voice or video call. Responsible for servicing corporate customers on account servicing and handling of trade and credit related products enquiries for small businesses. Review customer accounts and transactions according to the organization's procedures, and within regulatory and compliance guidelines. Handle customers’ queries professionally and efficiently. Identify areas for process improvements, and work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
