[Job ID: 1601908] Job Summary: You will be responsible for overseeing the overall management and operational control of local subsidiaries (Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Mexico), as well as supervising business operations across all entities. Head Office Coordination: Ensure smooth communication and coordination with the Japan head office, and report on overall business performance. Requirements: [MUST] Management Experience: Demonstrated senior leadership experience in a Managing Director or equivalent executive role, with full accountability for company P&L and end-to-end business operations, including sales, operations, and back-office functions across a minimum of 2–3 countries. Industry Background: Ideal candidate comes from an architecture background; however, candidates from other industries are also welcome. Preference will be given to those with experience in the service sector (manufacturing experience not accepted). Experience Level: 10–20+ years of industry experience. Core Responsibilities: Proven track record of overseeing end-to-end business functions, including sales, operations, management, and back-office functions at a regional or multi-country level. Holding a Board of Architects qualification is an advantage Experience working in a multinational environment is an advantage.
