Key Responsibilities Manage pre- and post-tender activities, including quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and preparation of tender submissions. Prepare, review, and manage contracts, variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts. Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services to meet project requirements. Monitor and control project budgets, implementing cost-saving initiatives and value engineering measures where applicable. Conduct site surveys, measurements, and valuations in collaboration with clients and subcontractors. Coordinate closely with sales, design, and project teams on all contractual, technical, and M&E-related matters. Evaluate tender returns for cost competitiveness and compliance with contractual requirements. Support project teams with technical proposals, progress monitoring, and resolution of contractual or cost-related issues. Job Requirements Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in commercial construction or M&E projects. Proficient in quantity take-off tools and capable of interpreting technical and engineering drawings. Strong knowledge of contract administration, project budgeting, and cost control practices. Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities; able to collaborate across teams. Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to handle multiple projects independently.
