Havas Media Singapore is seeking a Planner to join a team with a market-leading position in implementational and executional management. This dynamic role will focus on the most impactful components of media planning and execution for two key accounts, reporting directly to an Associate Director. Responsibilities Plan, and manage all digital advertising channels primarily Google Ads,TikTok and Facebook Ads Manager Monitor and optimize channels and campaigns to achieve business objectives with efficiencies and scale Ensure budgets are tracked and spent efficiently Perform data analysis and provide recommendations where relevant Comfortable dealing with numbers and dealing with technology platforms In-depth analysis and reporting Clear verbal and written communication skills Competency with figures and simple calculations - including pivot tables, charts and formulae Strives for excellence by setting and following high standards Use excel to manipulate data and create client facing reports for Search, Display, YouTube, Social Own budget planning & tracking (media finance) for the campaigns under your belt Build client relationships and engage clients on day-to-day operations Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of campaign administration and operations Required Skills or Attributes 1 -2 years of SEM activation and optimization experience is a minimum 1 year of Social Ads setup experience or programmatic setup experience Attention to detail is a must; accuracy in work is the top KPI Able to articulate and communicate clearly Goes through tasks and documents in an organized and efficient manner Adaptable to changes, challenges and directions High energy and an approachable manner Can-do attitude – keen to learn new skills, pro-active, and takes ownership over tasks and projects About Havas Founded in 1835 in Paris, Havas is one of the world’s largest global communications groups, with nearly 23,000 people in over 100 countries.
