About the Role This role is for individuals with at least 1–2 years of event AV setup and operations experience who are ready to take on more responsibility. You will be involved in setup, basic troubleshooting, and on-site execution across live events and productions. You should be comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments. We are building a high-performance team and are looking for technicians who take pride in disciplined, systems-driven operations. Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Prep: Prepare equipment based on packing lists. Follow existing packing systems and checklists to ensure 100% load-out accuracy. Delivery & Logistics: Load and unload equipment safely. Support vehicle packing to improve deployment efficiency. On-Site Setup: Assist in setup, testing, and teardown of displays, projectors, audio, and lighting. Ensure all cable management is neat and "client-ready" without needing a second look from a supervisor. Event Execution: Support live operations. Ability to translate show-flows into technical reality on-site, providing solutions rather than just following instructions. Requirements At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in AV, events, staging, or technical production is mandatory. Singapore Class 3 driving license is a plus. Ability to maintain technical precision and performance during high-volume peak periods (e.g., October F1 Sprint). Role involves regular physical activity, including the safe lifting and moving of event equipment. Positive attitude and ability to follow instructions and checklists precisely. Technical Skills Knowledge of audio, video, and signal flow. Familiarity with XLR, HDMI, SDI, CAT6, and power distribution. Ability to identify and resolve common signal path issues without waiting for instructions. What Success Looks Like Arrives on time and is deployment-ready.
