Job Summary
The Enablement Manager will be responsible for developing and executing enablement strategies that empower teams with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to effectively engage with customers, drive growth, and deliver results.
You will create and lead continuing education training programs, eLearning scripts, sales playbooks, and other key initiatives that streamline workflows and improve the customer buying experience.
This role will ensure that Deel's GTM Sales teams are aligned, well-equipped, and performing at their best as the company expands globally.
