We are a fast-growing international company currently expanding our Singapore and overseas operations. As the business continues to scale, we are looking for a hands-on and business-oriented Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the company’s overall technology strategy, system architecture, and engineering organization. This role is ideal for someone who can balance strategic thinking with execution, build scalable systems from 0-1, and work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. 1. Technology Strategy & Architecture Define and drive the company’s overall technology roadmap and long-term technical strategy. Lead the design and optimization of scalable, secure, and high-performance system architecture. Establish engineering standards, development processes, and technical best practices. Continuously improve system stability, scalability, development efficiency, and product performance. 2. Business & Product Collaboration Partner closely with Product, Operations, and Business teams to align technology initiatives with business goals. Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Support rapid business growth through efficient and scalable technology implementation. Drive automation, data infrastructure, and AI-related initiatives where applicable. 3. Engineering Team Leadership Build, lead, and mentor the engineering team. Establish clear team structures, workflows, and collaboration processes. Foster a high-performance engineering culture focused on ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. Manage hiring, team development, and technical leadership. 4. Project & Development Management Oversee the full software development lifecycle and project delivery. Ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality. Improve development processes including code review, testing, deployment, and release management. Coordinate with external vendors or development partners when required. 5. Security & Risk Management
