Roles & Responsibilities 1. Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies including but not limited to Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and conversion rates across digital platforms 2. Lead content creation and social media management, including regular posting on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and the company website. 3. Write SEO-optimized blog posts and articles, resulting in further organic traffic growth and improved keyword, rankings on Google SERPs. 4. Boost social media following and engagement through consistent, relevant, and platform-tailored content. 5. Develop and execute a Linkedin-Centric marketing strategy aligned with our businesses goals. 6. Build and manage our companies Linkin presence, including companies page updates, article planning, campaign execution, and analytics reporting 7. Create compelling content with a creative flair, ensuring alignment with brand standards and voice. 8. Increased our current social media leads through influencer collaborations and targeted paid advertising. 9. Maintain and optimize the companies websites, regularly updating with the latest projects, news, and company milestones. 10. Oversee our companies general information technology requirements and set up 11. Operate independently with minimal supervision and maintaining a high level of initiative and accountability. Requirements: 1. Min 'A' Levels/Diploma holders with strong command in English and Chinese Language 2. Min 3 years of experience in digital Marketing using Artifical Intelligence (AI), facebook, instagram, tiktok, Linkedin, Goodle Ads, SEOs, Xiao Hong shu with proven results 3. Possess good Information Technology knowledge and skills 4. With Website management experience and video content creation will be an advantage 5. Strong understanding of personal branding and B2B engagement. 6. Excellent copywriting skills 7. A strategic thinker who balances creativity with commercial results 8. A team play
