Represent the company at major industry events and conferences. Take full responsibility for the division’s P&L, including revenue, profit margin, and operating costs. Prepare yearly budgets, forecasts, and financial updates for senior management. Manage spending carefully while making sure growth initiatives are supported. Review financial results and use the insights to guide business decisions. Work with Marketing and Product Development to plan product direction based on market needs and competitor insights. Represent customer needs to ensure solutions solve real business problems. Lead the go-to-market plans for new products and product enhancements. Lead, guide, and motivate a cross-functional team across sales, marketing, solutions, and client success. Build a strong team culture focused on results, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Support hiring, onboarding, and development to grow the team effectively. Ensure solutions are delivered and implemented smoothly, meeting agreed requirements and timelines.
