Job Summary Report to Site Manager, Construction Manager, Coordination Manager, Project Manager, or Project Director. Lead and supervise hookup installation for semiconductor tools, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, quality, and safety by coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers. Support project execution aligned with schedule, cost, and scope baselines. Responsibilities Lead supervision and oversight of hookup installation for semiconductor tools to ensure project milestones are met Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize delivery schedules, control costs, and maintain quality and safety standards Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ) materials, apply for Permit to Work (PTW), and submit engineering documentation and technical drawings according to project requirements Assist Project Manager in coordinating, monitoring, and controlling project execution to meet schedule, cost, and scope baselines Coordinate construction activities related to utility systems, ensuring project needs are met without compromising utility reliability Manage proper submission and filing of all utility-related documents to maintain project compliance Conduct routine site inspections to verify adherence to relocation plans and project specifications Enforce compliance with quality standards and health and safety requirements as per client and company policies Execute other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Project Manager to support project success
