Job Summary You will provide legal and administrative support to lawyers by accurately executing instructions, preparing standard legal forms, electronically filing legal documents, conducting land and business registry searches, and preparing correspondence. Responsibilities Execute instructions from legal professionals to complete standard legal forms accurately and efficiently Perform electronic filing of legal documents to meet filing deadlines and compliance requirements Conduct land registry and business registry searches to gather necessary information for legal cases Prepare clear and professional correspondence to support legal matters and client communication Use MS Office applications to draft, format, and manage legal documents and correspondence Collaborate with legal team members to ensure smooth administrative workflow and timely completion of tasks Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in Conveyancing to support property-related legal matters Ability to communicate effectively in English to ensure clear understanding and accurate documentation Initiative and interpersonal skills to work well within a team and manage tasks proactively Proficiency in MS Office applications to support document preparation and administrative duties Other Information All ages are welcome to apply 5 days work week
