This role oversees technical and mechanical work to ensure the community meets high standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.
The position includes managing the make-ready process for vacant units, inspecting work performed by team members and contractors, and maintaining inventory within budgetary guidelines.

Must-have
EPA Type I and II HVAC certification
Valid driver's license for golf cart operation
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
Experience with preventative maintenance procedures
Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations
