We are looking for a dedicated andadaptable Special Education Teacher to join our academic team. What You'll Do: Conduct small group teaching in an inclusive setting for students with learning difficulties Demonstrated experience supporting students with learning difficulties, including the ability to deliver targeted instruction in literacy, numeracy, and other core academic areas. Able to adapt and modify curriculum materials and teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Develop and implement an individualized Education Plan (IEPs) tailored to each student's specific needs, in collaboration with other educators and specialists. Deliver high-quality instruction that meets the educational and developmental needs of students with disabilities. Regularly monitor and evaluate students' progress,adjusting instructional strategies as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' performance, including IEP documentation. Workclosely with support staff, and other specialists to ensure a coordinatedapproach to education. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students' progress, challenges, and achievements. You may be assigned a mix of both teaching and leadone or more CCA activities per week depending on the needs of the school. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in education or related field from an accredited university. Prior teaching experience with IPC or IMYC frameworks is highly preferred.
