1. Operational Strategy & Planning Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with IQIP’s global business goals and organization dynamics. Responsible for the execution of the mid-term operational strategy and ensuring operational readiness for future growth. Lead long-term planning for asset utilization, lifecycle management, and capital investments. Shape procurement strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness, supplier reliability, and compliance with international standards. Align production capabilities with project timelines, customer requirements and engineering innovation, Collaborate with the Commercial Director of the Region, Director Projects and Engineering realize the execution of operational strategy and planning. 2. Project Management & Execution Lead and manage operational teams across departments such as procurement, asset management, production, logistics, (customer)service within the region. Oversee the execution of complex offshore and onshore projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards. Implement robust governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment. Ensure seamless coordination between production, logistics, and service teams to meet project milestones. Drive customer satisfaction through reliable service delivery and post-project support. 3. Leadership& people management Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams across international locations, fostering a culture of ownership, safety, and continuous improvement. Develop leadership capabilities within operational departments and ensure succession planning. Promote cross-functional collaboration between engineering, commercial, and operational teams. 4.Optimization, change & continuous improvement Ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement across all sites and functions. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices
