Job Summary

  • In this versatile role, you will be the connecting link between employees, managers, HR teams, and Legal, moving effortlessly between high-level advice and solving challenging cases.
  • You will support managers across the broad spectrum of HR, coach them in leadership, and take ownership of complex HR issues, working closely with colleagues from HR, Legal, Ethics & Compliance.
  • Benefits include a year contract with the intention to extend to a permanent contract, 26 vacation days, extensive training opportunities, hybrid working with various allowances, and a premium-free pension.
