RESPONSIBILITIES The Programme Executive primarily implements initiatives and development plans that are congruent with the organisation's goals and the needs of the community Programme Implementation Establish links and partnerships with relevant agencies to determine programme requirements and relevance Identify upcoming trends affecting programme's success Follow best practices and new methodologies aimed at enhancing programme impact Follow service framework for programme work plans, resource requirement and budgeting Follow procedures for programmes pertaining to community service Plan and collaborate with other organisations to achieve programme's goals Support Reporting Officer in reviewing the alignment of programme to centre objectives Support Reporting Officer in reviewing effectiveness of programmes Community Work Implement community outreach event/ Coordinate Roadshows Deliver social work programmes to meet the targeted needs
