Roles & Responsibilities **Job Description**: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Secretary, experienced in personal injury and property damage claim as well as simple debt collection, to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our legal team and assist in the smooth functioning of our legal operations. **Key Responsibilities**: -Prepare and manage legal documents using Microsoft Word and Excel -Maintain and organize legal files and records -Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars -Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other staff members -Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow -Utilize Microsoft Office suite for various administrative tasks -Demonstrate strong communication skills in written and verbal interactions -Employ problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise -Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks **Skillset**: -Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel -Strong interpersonal skills -Excellent communication skills -Ability to work well in a team -Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite -Effective problem-solving abilities -Strong time management skills **Experience**: 1-3years of experience in a similar role **Qualifications**: Post Secondary / Diploma in Legal Studies or related field If you meet the qualifications and have the necessary skills and experience, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to contribute to our legal team
