This role supports the successful delivery of initiatives across Information Security and Governance, Risk, and Compliance by providing structure and execution discipline.
The Project Manager works directly with the Director of Security and Director of GRC to translate priorities into actionable plans and manage cross-functional dependencies.
Key responsibilities include coordinating audit activities, evidence collection, policy rollouts, and maintaining centralized tracking of milestones and deliverables.

Must-have
5+ years project management experience
IT security and GRC concepts knowledge
Cross-functional initiative coordination
Executive stakeholder communication skills
Project plan development and tracking
Nice-to-have
Law firm or professional services background
ISO NIST SOC 2 framework exposure
PMP or CAPM certification preferred
Discreet handling of sensitive information
Comfortable in support enablement role
Key Requirements
5+ years of project coordination or management experience
Working knowledge of information security and GRC frameworks
Strong organizational and follow-through skills required
Clear concise communicator for executive audiences
Ability to manage multiple workstreams without direct authority
