Job Summary

  • Perform skilled building maintenance and repairs, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall work, flooring repairs, and door/window maintenance.
  • Support the Director of Operations in planning, coordinating, and executing facility-wide maintenance and capital improvement projects.
  • Assist with event setups, services, and strikes for arena, exhibit hall and banquet spaces, including audio/visual reinforcement equipment.
