Job Description: Corporate Secretary in a mid-sized local law firm will provide support to 4 to 6 lawyers in the corporate department and ensuring that the department’s day to day operations to run smoothly. Corporate Secretary Duties: · Support the corporate team with other ancillaryprojects from time to time, including the preparation of presentation materialsand training. Draft or prepare simple client engagement letter, including fee proposals and estimates File Management - assist with improving or maintaining documents (execution of documents, filing and organising documents and information, legal templates, SOP, policies etc) Managing schedules of allocated lawyers in Microsoft Outlook and scheduling meetings with clients. Provide general administrative support (Printing, copying, Invoice and billing management, handle expenses/claims for lawyers etc.) Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements At least a Diploma holder No prior experience needed but prior experience as an administrative assistant in law industry will be considered too. Good drafting skills (Comfortable to draft wide range of email correspondences, instructions and invoices) Able to work in fast-paced environment with minimum supervision Proficient in English; Good verbal and written communication skills. A good command of a second language is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team play
