Job Description & Requirements We are seeking a skilled and responsible Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment for building projects and facilities. Key Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, fixtures, and equipment in compliance with local electrical regulations and safety standards. Diagnose electrical faults and carry out timely corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency. Conduct inspections of electrical systems, components, and equipment to identify defects, hazards, or maintenance requirements. Read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate installation and system configuration. Perform electrical testing and ensure all installations meet required specifications and safety standards. Work closely with supervisors, contractors, and team members to complete projects efficiently and within deadlines. Follow workplace safety procedures, company policies, and industry best practices to maintain a safe working environment. Carry out preventive maintenance and support upgrading or modification works when required. Requirements Proven experience as a Building Electrician or in a similar role. Good knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety regulations. Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and technical documents. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Physically fit and willing to work on-site when required. Relevant electrical certification or license will be an advantage.
