Incumbent must influence across services without formal authority and manage the success of projects. Key Responsibilities Design of electrical services such as sub-station, single line diagrams, small power and lighting, lightning protection system, security system, data cabling, public address system, etc. Submission of sub-station and TFCC plan Application to SP Group for any pre-consultation or new electrical load. Presentation of design concept report to client. Preparation of M&E cost estimate base on approved design scheme. Preparation of technical specifications and tender documentation. Co-ordination of M&E services within the office. Reviewing of shop drawings, material submissions and handle RFIs. Verification of Work Progress and Variation Order for progress claim. Liaise with main contractor, architect, Interior designer, authorities to ensure technical compliance and timely completion of project. Carry out site investigation survey and submitting of technical reports. Project Management from pre-development through to completion, including the followingSite Assessment and Inspection Design development and co-ordination Attend site meetings, technical meetings etc to resolve technical issues. Following up with authorities on submissions, inspection and issuance of certification.
