Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Alkaline water Position Title: Retail Sales Associate Working Location: 3 rotating locations (Central: Novena & Orchard, West: Jurong East) Working Hours: 6 days, 11am-9pm (5 weekdays off each month) – Duty roster Salary Package: Basic Up to SGD 3000 + Monthly Commission + AWS + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Actively engage with shoppers and encourage them to visit the store Evaluate customer requirements and offer guidance and details on product benefits Deliver outstanding sales service to enhance customer satisfaction Establish and maintain trusting relationships with customers Exceed expectations to boost sales Consistently meet personal sales goals Keep designated areas well-stocked and tidy Handle point of sale transactions Propose strategies to increase sales, such as organizing promotional events or redesigning the store layout APPLY NOW!!!
