Who we are Atelier 15 Singapore (formerly Crepuscule Asia Pte Ltd) is part of a global creative hub specializing in Luxury and Beauty. We offer a 360° approach—from strategy and product development to brand storytelling and retail execution—to luxury and beauty brands worldwide through our four locations (New York, Dubai, Paris, and Singapore). Our Singapore hub is looking for a Client Services Manager to support the delivery of diverse and exciting design projects across Asia. This is an opportunity to work closely with creative and strategic teams on projects ranging from retail pop-ups to full-scale brand launches in the FMCG space. Role Overview The Client Services Manager plays a key role in managing day-to-day client relationships, ensuring smooth project delivery, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts. Acting as a central coordinator between clients and internal teams, you will focus on execution excellence, commercial awareness, and building strong, trust-based partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and commercially minded, with the ability to manage multiple projects while contributing to business growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Relationship Management · Serve as the main day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts · Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders · Understand client needs and ensure clear communication of expectations · Support client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups 2. Project Leadership & Delivery · Manage projects from briefing through to execution and final delivery · Coordinate internal teams (design, strategy, production) to ensure timely delivery · Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies · Identify risks early and escalate issues when needed · Ensure quality control and alignment with client expectations 3. Business Development · Identify opportunities within existing accounts for additional services · Support the development of proposals
