Job Summary

  • The successful candidate must ensure client infrastructures are resilient by managing critical MEP systems including UPS, CRAC, chillers, generators, and fire alarms.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 3 years hands-on M&E experience
  • Knowledge of UPS CRAC chiller generator systems
  • BMS LCS building automation system management
  • Vendor management and KPI/SLA monitoring
  • 24-hour emergency on-call availability

Nice-to-have

  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience with fire drill coordination
  • Inventory control for cost-effective operations

Key Requirements

  • Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
