Responsibilities: Housekeeping Clean and maintain pharmacy counters, cashier areas, work tables, and display shelves daily. Perform general housekeeping duties such as organizing and disposing of packaging materials or carton boxes. Ensure that all work and storage areas are kept tidy and hygienic at all times. Inventory Control Receive, verify, and record incoming pharmaceutical supplies and consumables. Distribute items to designated sections, clinics, or nursing areas, ensuring proper documentation of all stock movements. Monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and alert supervisors when items are low or require reordering. Replenish inventory following the First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) principle. Conduct routine checks to remove expired or damaged items and manage their disposal with proper authorization. Oversee the proper handling and return of goods between departments and vendors. Ensure all products are stored properly and that storage spaces are organized and compliant with safety standards. Accurately pre-pack tablets, capsules, and liquid preparations according to established procedures. Track the usage of general consumables (e.g., paper, plastic bags, Ziploc bags) and initiate reorders when necessary. Update all stock transactions and receipts in the inven
