Job Summary
Assist your superior in coordinating the team's work, guiding, prioritizing/distributing tasks and solving relevant operational problems.
Receive guests/clients at the counter, identifying them and providing various information and clarifications (Reservations, flight confirmation, addresses/phone numbers of places, complaints, etc.).
Prepare work and vacation schedules, assist the immediate superior in sizing the teams and inform them about service time and quality standards of the collaborators.
