Corporate Secretarial Executive ( Company Secretary ) We are looking for bright individuals who are energetic, having or showing a strong desire and determination to succeed, and thrive in a fast-paced tech savvy work environment. We have various open positions and are looking for partners and associates who can be part of our dynamic team of corporate secretarial, HR, admin, customer services, accounting and taxation professionals. Job Scope Manage and handle companie portfolios Perform corporate and secretarial duties (i.e. incorporation, prepare board resolutions and minutes, etc.) E-Meet clients and provide general advice on compliance requirements Perform other admin or secretarial ad-hoc duties as and when required Job Requirements Good interpersonal and communication skills Able to work independently, multi-task and is meticulous Fast pace working environment What we do to make you successful?
