Provide direction to 5-50 concession employees and oversee all facets of stand operations and implementation of company policies during an event.
Ensure each stand in the assigned area complies with all company policies and procedures, safety, sanitation, and liquor laws.
Assist with opening, closing, and employee check-in duties, and work with stand managers to ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and alcoholic beverage laws.
