Coordinate and supervise daily front of the house and back of the house restaurant operations Able to work with the head chef to create new dishes and market regularly To provide a strong relationship and leadership creating a productive team while achieving set goals Good communications, planning, and execution skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction Train employees on service quality, improve productivity, customer care, and responsiveness Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways for improvement Control operational costs and identify measures to reduce waste Create detailed reports on a weekly/monthly/annual revenues and expenses Promote the brand in the community through word-of-mouth, social media, and others Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. promos and social media ads) Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations Requirements Proven work experience as an Assistant/ Restaurant Manager similar role Proven experience in a Chinese and Seafood restaurant is an advantage He / She should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong leadership, be energetic, proactive, self-driven, highly motivated, and people skills in the driving of business for the restaurant. Good interpersonal skills and computer skills in Word and Excel would be essential. Preferable with Diploma Certification Acute financial management skills Able to work at Jurong Area
