Job Summary

• This role will lead the implementation and supply chain governance of a first generation Managed Service Provider (MSP) program, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness in the sourcing and management of temporary labor, contractors and service providers.
• Manage sourcing, negotiation, and contracting with vendors, ensuring supplier diversity, compliance, with labor laws, and adherence to ethical procurement practices.
• Partner closely with HR, finance, and business leaders to align contingent labor strategies with organizational goals and deliver executive reporting and insights on contingent workforce spend, performance, and risks.
