The Executive (Programme) is a key member of the Active Ageing Centre (AAC) team responsible for planning, implementing, and managing programmes and services that promote active and healthy ageing. Reporting to the Centre Supervisor, this role encompasses programme delivery, community engagement, and operational support to ensure seniors aged 60 and above, receive high-quality, person-centered services across the five Active Ageing Programme domains. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Programme Planning & Implementation Develop and organize programmes aligned with the five domains of the Active Ageing Programme (AAP): Physical, Cognitive, Social, Learning, and Volunteerism Plan and execute daily activities including workshops, wellness sessions, and community events to enhance seniors' well-being Source and coordinate external trainers and facilitators ensuring quality standards and programme alignment Co-facilitate programmes when required and provide backup facilitation support Evaluate programme effectiveness through participant feedback, attendance tracking, and outcome measurement Support Centre Supervisor in programme planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Community Engagement & Outreach Conduct targeted outreach efforts including door-knocking campaigns, home visits, and community events to identify and engage isolated seniors Build and maintain relationships with seniors and their families, understanding their evolving needs and preferences Collaborate with community stakeholders to promote AAC services and build partnerships Facilitate community-based initiatives such as health screenings, block parties, and intergenerational activities Support Centre Supervisor in achieving recruitment and retention targets as per AIC requirements Represent the centre at community events and neighbourhood activities.
