Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the student care centre for P1–P6 students, ensuring smooth scheduling of arrival, homework, programmes, and dismissal Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and student supervision to protect student wellbeing and emotional safety Manage administrative processes including attendance tracking, billing coordination, and reporting to support operational efficiency Lead, mentor, and manage a team of teachers and mentors to deliver programmes aligned with the centre’s guiding philosophy Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to develop staff capabilities and maintain a positive team culture Serve as the primary contact for parents, building trust and managing feedback, concerns, and sensitive situations with professionalism Provide regular updates to parents on student progress and centre activities to enhance parent experience Ensure consistent and high-quality execution of programmes across all mentors, collaborating with management to refine programme delivery Uphold strict safeguarding standards and ethical conduct, handling behavioural cases with maturity Support student enrolment efforts by conducting centre tours, converting leads, and assisting in hiring, onboarding, and training of mentors Take ownership of centre growth initiatives and align operations with brand positioning to drive continuous improvement Preferred qualifications Diploma or Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field Experience in premium or boutique education environments Familiarity with programme-based or inquiry-based learning approaches
