Skills & Requirements
Must-have
4+ years in Facilities Management Operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with process mapping and public speaking
Developing preventive maintenance programs
Managing teams including managers and suppliers
Nice-to-have
Experience with Corrigo CMMS system
Familiarity with Jira and Business Intelligence tools
Knowledge of JLL Tracker, Azara, or Power BI
Strong organizational and data analytics skills
