This role requires close interaction with Sales, New Product Development, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain to translate customer needs into product specifications and drive strategic growth.
The incumbent must possess strong analytical skills to manage product portfolios, conduct profitability analysis, and lead product line simplification initiatives using the 80/20 process.

Key Requirements
