Role Overview The Commercial Manager will oversee the Commercial Department, ensuring effective tendering, contract management, cost control, and compliance. This role works closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to support project success, manage risks, and enhance profitability. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the Commercial team to ensure operational excellence. Prepare and present KPI reports, monthly HOD reports, and commercial performance updates. Review, implement, and enhance Commercial Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Assist senior management in evaluating incoming RFQs and assigning them to the team. Oversee and support the full tendering process, ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, and commercial requirements. Ensure billing complies with contractual terms and purchase orders. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Attend and lead daily and weekly commercial meetings. Handle contractual disputes and negotiate settlement agreements. Oversee and maintain commercial databases, masterlists, and ERP systems. Prepare handover documentation for awarded tenders. Review and approve Purchase Orders (PO) and Work Orders (WO). Source, evaluate, and appoint subcontractors in collaboration with operations.
