Knowledge of cooling, power, fire suppression systems
Ability to traverse mechanical galleries and high noise environments
Frequent travel up to 40% across South Central territory
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in related field
Proficiency with DCIM and building management systems
Change management expertise for process improvements
Experience building KPI dashboards and executive scorecards
Curiosity about enhancing processes and sustainability
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT, or Business
10+ years in critical facility operations
5+ years in senior management or multi-site leadership
Experience with Uptime Institute, ISO, OSHA regulatory standards
Availability for occasional after-hours or weekend emergency work
