Skills & Requirements
Must-have
4-7 years client servicing experience
SME to large group health benefits knowledge
Employee benefit federal and state legislation expertise
Team leadership and direction capabilities
Contract and plan document review skills
Nice-to-have
Strong communication with non-technical explanations
Ability to make independent decisions
Willingness to learn new computer programs
Experience in hybrid work environments
Key Requirements
Minimum 4-7 years experience in group health benefits
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Knowledge of Employee Benefit federal and state legislation
